A friend once said that my father used to look like “The sad Genesis P. Orridge of the Northwoods”. I’m thanking him today for leaving his Pink Floyd albums laying around (to counteract my mom’s Cure/New Order collection), and passing on his gift of gross-out humor and ridiculous alcohol tolerance (his nickname at work is 100 proof).
